Automating business processes means the standardization of operations, what in our case was challenging -standardizing the processes is in contradiction with our individual approach to our customers. But BMS fully understands our business needs and this has been achieved. We are in possession of a unique system that combines fire and water: individual approach to portfolio management and automation of the management processes.
It was extremely valuable for us to find a company that not only knows and understands our needs, but also using its experience and expertise can advise us on technical issues and identify optimal technological solutions. The project was implemented in accordance with the Scrum Adaptive Methodology. BMS was responsible for the transfer of knowledge of this methodology into our design team, planning the iterations, adapting the working methods and communication in the project to the organizational conditions in Wolters Kluwer Poland.
